The Audience Development Group is responsible for leading all email activities for the Bonnier Corporation as well as setting the direction for how the channel will drive value for each Bonnier brand.  Applicants for this position should be a results oriented with in depth experience in all facets of email excellence - from operations, to marketing, to segmentation - and should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work across all Bonnier brands, including e-newsletters and other marketing campaign activity. 
• Assist in short term plans for the channel, detailing how each Bonnier brand will receive increased value from the channel.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive and insightful reporting to showcase how the channel is performing and highlight areas of opportunity.
• Assist in development segmentation strategies to improve performance of lists across all Bonnier brands.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree required, MBA with a focus on marketing preferred
• Minimum 5+ years experience in email marketing, specifically related to the management of large, complex email operations
• Direct experience with a leading ESP
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Audience Development Manager Jeff Lee.
