Bonnier Group’s sale of Bonnier Broadcasting to Telia completed

In July 2018, an agreement was signed for the sale of Bonnier Broadcasting with TV4, C More and Finnish MTV, to Telia.

On November 12, following competition law review, the European Commission announced that the transaction was approved.

As of today, the transaction has been completed, and the ownership of Bonnier Broadcasting has been transferred to Telia.
