Bonnier Books/WSOY acquired two Finnish general publishing houses

Publishers Docendo and Minerva Publishing have a turnover of € 4.5m with main publishing in fiction and narrative-non fiction.

The acquisition is expected to provide synergies and there is potential to develop digital formats.

WSOY has developed positively for several years and is now growing further.
