Bonnier Named a Top Employer

Yesterday, Bonnier was named No. 6 in the Randstad Awards, which rank the most attractive employers based on an independent employer branding survey. The survey, which is produced by employer specialist Randstad, is the largest in the world and was conducted in Sweden for the first time this year.

“We’re proud and excited to be recognized as one of Sweden’s most attractive employers,” says Elisabeth Palombo, head of talent management at Bonnier AB.

Some 150 companies took part, and the top 20 received awards. Among the issues the survey looked at were work environment, co-workers, benefits, salary, security, education and development.

“It’s great that our employees in Sweden are happy and very satisfied with their jobs – and that they let others know,” says Palombo. “The results of the survey are a reflection of the work we at the headquarters and our subsidiaries have put into  talent management. But we can’t rest on our laurels. Talent management will continue to be an important focus for us, now and in the future. This is just one more step toward the goal to be at the top.”
